The Patrick and Catherine Weldon Donaghue Medical Research Foundation was established as a charitable testamentary trust by Ethel Donaghue in memory of her parents. The Foundation is governed by two trustees, Lynne Garner and Bank of America as represented by Amy R. Lynch, Senior Vice President.

Amy Lynch, J.D. serves as the Corporate Trustee for the Donaghue Foundation. Amy works closely with Lynne Garner and the members of the Donaghue Foundation in furthering the mission and directives of the donor, Ethel Donaghue. She is a Foundation Manager at Bank of America Merrill Lynch Philanthropic Management. She is responsible for managing the operations of a large book of discretionary foundations and also serves as a philanthropic advisor to client foundations, providing consultative services around mission, guidelines, due diligence and grants management strategies. Ms. Lynch oversees a team of professionals charged with the grantmaking, administration, evaluation and compliance for these foundations.
She earned her BS in Biology from Trinity College and a JD from Western New England School of Law.
