The Patrick and Catherine Weldon Donaghue Medical Research Foundation was established as a charitable testamentary trust by Ethel Donaghue in memory of her parents. The Foundation is governed by two trustees, Lynne Garner and Bank of America as represented by Sheilah B. Rostow, Senior Vice President.
Nancy Yedlin, MPH, Director, Program Communications & Management
Nancy Yedlin, MPH, Director, Program Communications & Management, joined the Foundation in September 2005. She has responsibility for managing two of the Foundation grant programs: Clinical and Community Health Issues and The Donaghue Investigator Program. In addition, Ms. Yedlin develops strategies and approaches to improve the transfer of promising research results for use in the health care practice and policy worlds.
Nancy received her Master’s degree in Public Health from the Yale School of Medicine in 1981. For most of her career, Nancy worked in the managed care and corporate benefits arena. She held leadership positions at PHS/ Healthnet and in the Health Benefits strategy group at Pitney Bowes Corporation. Nancy lives with her family in New Haven.
