The Patrick and Catherine Weldon Donaghue Medical Research Foundation was established as a charitable testamentary trust by Ethel Donaghue in memory of her parents. The Foundation is governed by two trustees, Lynne Garner and Bank of America as represented by Sheilah B. Rostow, Senior Vice President.
Sheilah Rostow, Senior Vice President & Philanthropic Market Director
Sheilah B. Rostow serves as the executive officer of Bank of America to carry out its responsibilities as institutional Co-Trustee of the Patrick and Catherine Weldon Donaghue Medical Research Foundation. She brings to the Foundation over 27 years of fiduciary administration, trust and investment management. She is Senior Vice President and Philanthropic Market Director and has represented Bank of America, and before that Fleet Bank, as Co-Trustee of Donaghue since 1997. Ms. Rostow currently serves on the board of The Connecticut Council for Philanthropy, The Community Foundation of Greater New Haven Trustee Bank Committee, the Advisory Council for Women's Health Research at Yale and the board of the Connecticut Estate and Tax Planning Council
