1993 Probate Court named Raymond S. Andrews, Jr., as Individual Trustee

1996 Trustees commissioned a brief family history to aid public understanding of the source of the Foundation and of its benefactor, Ethel Donaghue
1997 Donaghue Investigator Award established
1998 First Practical Benefit Initiative projects funded Sheilah B. Rostow named representative for Institutional Trustee Fleet Bank
1999 Foundation’s assets reached high point of $90 million
2001 Presentations by investigators featured at annual meeting for the first time
2002 Five-year plan and restrictive spending plan developed
2003 Total amount of grants funded since the start of the Foundation exceeds the original value of Ethel Donaghue’s gift
