Parking at The Howard Avenue Garage

I-95 Traveling North or South: Exit 47 to Route 34 West to Exit 2. Turn left onto College St. Follow College St. until it merges with Congress Avenue. Cross Howard Avenue and enter the Howard Avenue Parking Garage on your right.

I-91 Traveling South: Exit 1 to Route 34 West to Exit 2. Turn left onto College St. Follow College St. until it merges with Congress Ave. Cross Howard Ave. and enter the Howard Avenue Parking Garage on your right.

Wilbur Cross Parkway (Route 15) Traveling South: Exit 59 immediately after tunnel. Go right at end of ramp. Merge left onto Whalley Ave. at light. Stay on Whalley until you see signs for Yale-New Haven at Park St. Turn right onto Park St. and follow it until it merges with Howard Ave. Once on Howard Ave., go through one more light and the Howard Avenue Parking Garage will be on your right, across the street from 789 Howard.

Merritt Parkway (Route 15) Traveling North: Exit 57 to Route 34 East into New Haven. Go right onto Ella T. Grasso Blvd. (Route 10) and left onto South Frontage Rd. Follow hospital and Route 34 signs. At Howard Ave. turn right. The Howard Avenue Parking Garage will be on your right, across the street from 789 Howard Ave.

Route 1 (Boston Post Road) Traveling East: After crossing Ella T. Grasso Blvd. (Route 10), turn left onto Davenport Avenue. At Howard Ave. turn right. The Howard Avenue Parking Garage will be on your right, across the street from 789 Howard Ave.

We suggest you park at the Howard Avenue parking garage which is located two blocks from the Anlyan Center. As you exit the garage, turn and walk right onto Howard Avenue. At the corner, cross the street and turn left onto Congress Avenue. The Anlyan Center, 300 Cedar St. is at the next corner, the intersection of Congress and Cedar streets.
